Bio

I’m a Professor of Economics and Business at Thales College, where I focus on teaching economic principles and cases of entrepreneurship. Prior to joining the faculty at Thales I was an associate program director for Academic & Student Programs and a research fellow for the F.A. Hayek Program for Advanced Study in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. I received my Ph.D. in economics from George Mason in 2023.

I’m a member of the Society for the Development of Austrian Economics (SDAE), the Southern Economic Association (SEA), and the The Polanyi Society, and I’m in the Faculty Network of the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE).

I usually participate in the annual Markets & Society conference as well as the Initiative for the Study of a Stable Peace (ISSP), which is “a community of scholars dedicated to studying peace and conflict transformation through the lens of mainline political economy.”
