I received my Ph.D. in economics from George Mason University in 2023 and my B.A. in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2017.
Prior to joining Thales College, where I am a Professor of Economics and Business, I was an associate program director for Academic & Student Programs and a research fellow for the F.A. Hayek Program for Advanced Study in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. As a graduate lecturer I taught undergraduates in the economics department at George Mason University.
I am a member of the Society for the Development of Austrian Economics (SDAE), the Southern Economic Association (SEA), and the The Polanyi Society.
I also participate in the annual Markets & Society conference as well as the Initiative for the Study of a Stable Peace (ISSP), which is “a community of scholars dedicated to studying peace and conflict transformation through the lens of mainline political economy.”
